    What are Pixie Pads?

Pixie Pads are disposable incontinence pads that use a biosensor to detect possible signs of a UTI. They work in conjunction with Pixie's smartphone app.

    How does it work?

The process is simple. A Pixie Pad is placed in an incontinence undergarment three times a week, and it's worn for three hours. After it's been used, it is scanned with the Pixie app. Results are sent to a medical professional who will contact you if there's a risk of infection.

Pixie Pads can monitor for the presence of nitrites, which may signal that an infection exists.

Why did we create Pixie Pads?

We know how hard it is to care for someone who suffers from UTIs, so we designed a product that can help detect infections from the comfort of home. Through early detection, we hope to keep people healthy and out of the hospital, and relieve caregiver burden.
